Bill Hanifin has recently co-authored an article with Rick Ferguson, Editorial Director COLLOQUY titled "Is the Golden Age over, or will a new day dawn for payment card rewards?". The article was published in COLLOQUY Volume 17, Issue 2 in April 2009. The authors examine the current state of the payment card industry in North America and consumer attitudes towards card based rewards programs.
