Hanifin Loyalty is led by Bill Hanifin, a recognized leader in the areas of loyalty marketing, payment systems, and technology with an impressive history of developing and implementing loyalty and customer strategies for leading organizations around the world.
With experience across the marketing and financial service industries, Bill has created a suite of innovative strategic planning methodologies and tools to assist clients in achieving their business objectives, increase profitability and create a sustainable competitive market advantage.
Bill is the publisher of the Loyalty Truth blog, a unique source of independent and unbiased insights in customer centric marketing, and is a founding Member of the Customer Strategy Network, a global alliance of independent CRM and loyalty marketing practitioners.
He serves as North American Contributing Editor for The Wise Marketer, a global publication covering the loyalty marketing industry, and is a member of the Retail Wire Brain Trust. In addition, he is an Advisory Board member of Zavee, a social shopping coalition loyalty program based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Bill has been active in multisport endurance events over the past decade and has planted seeds for some of his most innovative client solutions in the midst of a long run, bike, or swim.
Dave Thompson – Senior Strategy Leader & Managing Director Caribbean
Dave brings over 20 years experience in the financial services industry to the benefits of our clients. Through Executive positions at TD Bank, American Express, Citibank, MBNA Canada and FirstCaribbean Bank, Dave has deep understanding of credit card marketing, merchant acquiring and loyalty marketing.
Dave has guided a number of “firsts” in the financial services industry including the launch of online banking products and the Interac Debit in the Canadian market. He helped to pioneer the first merchant funded credit card rewards program in the Caribbean and has been privileged to provide strategic counsel to leading brands including Caribbean Airlines, CIBC First Int’l Caribbean Bank, GraceKennedy, and Scotiabank.
Dave is the consummate relationship manager and clients delight in his level of personal service afforded each project he leads.
Mike Giambattista – Senior Strategy & Creative Director

Mike is a veteran of the Consumer Goods, Commercial Real Estate and Advertising worlds having spent his early career years building national distribution channels for several California wine brands.
As Creative Director he has executed winning cross-media branding campaigns, new product launches, and direct marketing efforts for a diverse range of companies including Newsweek, Marriott Hotels, BankUnited, The Miami Herald, Nova Southeastern University, Flagler Real Estate Services, Food for the Poor, One & Only Resorts, and Valley Foodsystems.
Mike is the founder of Brightwork, a digital marketing agency headquartered in Fort Lauderdale Florida and Rankster, a highly successful online marketing service.
Tom Rapsas

Tom Rapsas is a creative director, writer and strategist who has worked for some of the most well recognized and respected direct and loyalty marketing firms in the U.S. As Senior Writer and Associate Creative Director, Tom has been with several prominent direct and relationship marketing agencies including the New York offices of Wunderman, Ogilvy & Mather Direct and FCB Direct/FCBi, and the Princeton office of MRM Worldwide, the relationship marketing arm of McCann Erickson. He also had a 5-year stint as Creative Director at loyalty marketing firm Frequency Marketing.
During his 20-plus year career, he has developed creative solutions across all mediums (online and offline) for many of the world’s top brands, including IBM, Citibank, Merck, AT&T, Avis, EarthLink, Eddie Bauer, Home Depot, AIG (21st Century auto insurance) and Verizon.
Tom is a regular contributor to the Loyalty Truth blog and has written numerous trade articles on issues related to loyalty, direct and social marketing. He also publishes his perspectives on customer centric marketing on Loyalty Redefined. His articles have been published in leading print and online magazines including Marketing News, COLLOQUY, DM News and Direct magazines.

Larry Filler – Senior Consultant Business Intelligence
Larry is co-founder and Senior Partner of The Boire Filler Group. Hanifin Loyalty and Boire Filler Group have a strategic alliance to jointly develop data-driven marketing strategies together.
Founded in 1999, the Boire Filler Group is based in Toronto Canada and has offices in South Florida. The firm specializes in Predictive Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Customer Value Management. BFG has completed work in almost all major industries, including retail, technology, telecommunications, financial services, automotive, publishing, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.
Larry has more than 20 years of relationship and database marketing experience. He has developed the ability to bridge the gap between complex and mathematical data mining techniques and the need to build more effective marketing/business solutions.
His work experience includes six years with American Express, where he developed and implemented marketing strategies for the company’s insurance, credit card and merchant businesses. He also worked with Loyalty Management Group, the founder and owner of AIR MILES, the coalition loyalty program that is generally regarded as the premier example of multi-partner loyalty in the world.
Larry recruited and advised retail clients on how leverage the AIR MILES Reward Program and its database to increase growth and profits for their businesses.
